Summertime brings warm weather, cool treats, and thread’s annual Book Party in the Park. Usually at this time, thread staff are gearing up
to throw a great event, inviting families, volunteers, and community partners to join in on the celebration at our main office in Anchorage.
Unfortunately, due to the recent coronavirus pandemic, thread has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Book Party in the Park.
We are sad to share this news, but are committed to do our part to support the safety and health of our community.
In the spirit of the Book Party, we encourage you to make time with your family to blow some bubbles, read a few good books together, make a craft
or two, and dance to a favorite song this summer.
