Federal Administration Seeks Public Input on Improving Access to Child Care

November 22, 2019

Child care is an investment that supports both present and future generations of the workforce. But in order to realize the benefits of investing in our
youngest children, families need access to child care that is licensed, safe, healthy and playful. The federal Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is
seeking your input and ideas on how to improve access to high-quality, affordable child care in the U.S.—including Alaska. This is your opportunity
to tell the federal government what you need to support more access to affordable and high quality child care in Alaska.

Please take a minute to write ACF! Your personal story about how important high-quality child care is to the safety and well-being
of children is particularly important to this effort. Please edit the comment box to reflect your own experience.

Comments are due December 2!
