Learn & Grow launches. Alaska joins 43 other states in offering a Quality Recognition and Improvement System (QRIS). This new statewide system is called Learn & Grow, housed and managed by thread.
Enrollment opens to all State of Alaska and Municipality of Anchorage licensed centers, licensed group homes, and licensed home programs, with two of the five levels of quality available. Within the first year, Learn & Grow achieves double its enrollment goal of 10% of eligible programs.
