thread’s Quality Initiative (QI) program provides early childhood education programs and early educators the opportunity to participate in professional development around a specific early care and learning topic. All QIs involve developing goals that support continuous quality improvement, participation in educational opportunities, technical assistance, and financial assistance. The application deadline is February 16, 2024.

- Infant & Toddler: Grants between $1,000 – $4,000
- Accreditation: Grants of $1,000
New Business QIs
- New/Startup Licensed ChildCare: Grants between $5,000 – $20,000 with extended deadline of March 31, 2024
