Broadcast Announcement April 30, 2026
On November 19, 2025 and January 29, 2026 the CCPO sent broadcast announcements informing child care providers of changes to the CCG rate schedule, announcement of the CCG Pilot Program, and revised billing forms. The CCPO is excited to inform you that the CCG supplemental payments will be increasing again. When CCG participating child care providers submit their billing forms for the service month of April 2026, in addition to the regular CCG program payment, the CCPO will pay an additional supplemental payment amount per child, for all children in care as follows:
$350 per Infant
$300 per Toddler
$250 per Preschool
$200 per School Age
To ensure accurate reporting and payment calculations and avoid payment delays, please ensure the following:
- You are using Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) and CCG billing forms revised effective 05/2026 as attached to this broadcast announcement beginning with child care services provided in the month of April 2026
- You are accurately listing each child’s age category (infant, toddler, preschool, or school age) according to CCAP definitions as reflected on family authorizations and/or the CCAP Rate Schedule for every child in your care. CCAP age categories are defined as:
Infant: Birth through 12 months
Toddler: 13 months through 35 months
Preschool Age: 36 months through 59 months
School Age: 5 years through 12 years
- For electronic CCG/CCAP workbook users, age categories must be entered for every age category under the Children’s Name List tab
- For manual billing users, age categories must be entered as outlined in the CCG Request for Reimbursement Instructions
