Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children that encourages their social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual development
Support children's emotional development and make them feel comfortable, relaxed, happy and involved in play, learning, and other center activities
Interact with children, parents, and other staff in a friendly, positive, and courteous manner
Develop lessons that are developmentally appropriate and reflect observations and assessments of the children in your care
Document children's progress through portfolios and progress reports
Arrive to work as scheduled
Maintain indoor and outdoor environments that are safe, clean, and well organized
Follow the State of Alaska and center regulations
