Job Description
- Be a part of a program that meets the emotional, physical, intellectual and social needs of both the individual child and the whole group
- Encourage children’s involvement in classroom
- Ability to work with a team of teachers, and assist with classroom management
- Assist in keeping a safe, warm and engaging environment that is orderly, clean and allows children to explore
- Fill-in as lead teacher, at times, when teaching staff is out
- Assist in implementing program goals
