Job Description

As the Home Visiting Coordinator, you will:
- Support positive outcomes for children and families through your direct supervision and support of Kids' Corps, Inc. Home Visitors
- Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of Kids' Corps, Inc. home-based program options (Early Head Start and Parents as Teachers)
You will know you are successful if:
- You develop strong community partnerships that lead to increased participation and awareness of Kids' Corps, Inc. home-based program options
- The home visitors you supervise feel safe, valued, and supported through your leadership
- Parents with children enrolled report growth in their family's protective factors (parental resilience, knowledge of child development, social connections, concrete support, and social emotional competence of children)
Starting pay for this position is $30.00 per hour with a bachelor's degree and $34.35 with a graduate degree.
To be considered you must possess a bachelor's degree in early education, social work, or a closely related field.
