Little Bears Playhouse is looking for Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Teachers to join our team as we work towards opening our new location in Fall of 2026.
We are the only licensed childcare center in our town, and we take pride in our engagement with the littlest groms of our town.
Responsibilities include:
Daily care of children ages 6 weeks year-old to 4 years old.
- Diapering
- Feeding
- Outside Play (playground, nature walks, biking, gardening, etc.).
- Art Projects
- Cleanliness of center
- Intentional engagement with children
This job is a dream. Tons of sunshine, laughter, and an amazing staff who love the children and their town.
Teachers will spend the spring and summer learning the policy, procedure, and educational philosophy of our program before we move into our new building!
We are looking to staff our school so we can provide care to the entire town of Girdwood and the surrounding valleys.
Commuting Stipends available.
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time available
Pay starting at $20 - $22 per hour.
