This transcript is designed to make it easier than ever for early childhood educators to maintain a clear, complete, and verified record of their professional development.
About the Comprehensive Transcript
What is the Comprehensive Alaska SEED Transcript?
The Alaska System for Early Education Development (SEED) Comprehensive Transcript is an official document that consolidates all of your verified education and training history into one convenient, easy-to-read transcript.
Your transcript includes:
- University and college degrees and coursework
- Certifications and credentials from outside organizations
- Professional licenses
- Verified training from thread and non-thread providers
- CDA subject area fields (new!)
Only documents that have been reviewed and verified by Alaska SEED are included in the transcript, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of your record.
NWRA Approved
This new transcript meets the standards set by the National Workforce Registry Alliance (NWRA) and includes their official seal of recognition alongside the Alaska SEED seal, giving your document additional credibility and recognition, especially if you plan to use it out of state or with national partners.

How to Access Your Transcript
Accessing your Comprehensive Alaska SEED Transcript is easy! Here’s how:
- Log in to your ServicePortal account.
- Make sure you’re an active member of the Alaska SEED Registry.
- From your home screen, click the “Comprehensive SEED Transcript” button located at the center of the page.
- Your transcript will generate instantly and be available for download and printing.
What if courses (training, degree, certifications) are missing on my transcript?
Please note that you will not see any newly uploaded training on your comprehensive transcript until your renewal.
If items are missing from your transcript, you can request an Enhanced Alaska SEED Comprehensive Transcript when you renew your Alaska SEED Registry Application. Alaska SEED Enhanced Comprehensive Transcripts are processed in the order they are received and may take up to 30 business days until the transcript is sent.
