Alaska SEED Registry Application Forms
Before You Begin
Make your application process easier by gathering the following documents:
- Transcripts showing early childhood education/development and related credits or degrees
- Copies of early childhood education training certificates
- Documentation showing any teaching certificates or other early childhood education certificates, credentials, or endorsements
Complete the Application
Download the Alaska SEED Application and save it to your computer. Be sure to complete the entire application, including required fields (*), and sign and date the Statement of Understanding at the end.

Submit Application and Supporting Documents
Attach your completed application and supporting documents in an email to [email protected]. Or, print your completed application and submit it and your supporting documents to Alaska SEED by:
