Eligibility
Learn & Grow is currently available for the State of Alaska and Municipality of Anchorage licensed centers, licensed group homes, and licensed home programs to enroll. All programs must have a bi-annual license. Additionally, DEED Certified programs including Early Head Start, Head Start, and Pre-Elementary programs may be eligible to participate.

Get Started!
All new programs enrolling in Learn & Grow will begin their journey by joining a cohort of their peers. The cohort model gives early childhood administrators a way to connect and collaborate with other early childhood professionals while getting the information and direct support needed to achieve the next quality level. In addition to peer-to-peer learning, other benefits include classroom and administrative technical assistance and coaching, training hours for program administrators, access to threadTools, and more.
The next cohorts for new programs will be:
- Tuesday and Wednesday, March 3-4, 2026, 6:30 – 8 pm
- Thursday and Friday, March 5-6, 2026, 6:30 – 8 pm
