Each year, communities across the country come together to celebrate Provider Appreciation Day. A time to recognize the early child care educators, teachers, and child care professionals who support young children and families every day. Established in 1995 by the National Association for Family Child Care, Provider Appreciation Day began as a grassroots effort to honor child care providers and has grown into a nationwide and global celebration.
