sion of Public Assistance, Child Care Program Office Dear Child Care Colleagues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n We are excited to announce the 2024 Alaska SEED ROOTS Award to support eligible professionals working in a child care! The application portal opens on Monday, November 27th at www.threadalaska.org<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n There will be a fixed application period, and the formula for wage award will be determined by the number of applicants. Eligible individuals will receive a wage award early in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Eligibility Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Licensed Definition:<\/strong> Licensed Child Care Provider, who is licensed by the State of Alaska, Child Care Program Office (CCPO) or the Municipality of Anchorage, Child Care Licensing (CCL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Approved Definition: <\/strong>Approved Provider, who is approved by the State of Alaska, Child Care Program Office (CCPO) Child Care Assistance (CCA) Program as an Approved Relative Provider, or an Approved in-Home Provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To confirm a child care facility is licensed by CCPO or CCL, please use the \u201cFind a Child Care Provider\u201d at State Of Alaska<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To apply to the Alaska SEED Registry, please complete the application at Join the Alaska SEED Registry – SEED (threadalaska.org)<\/a>. Submit completed Alaska SEED Registry applications along with copies of your education and training to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
