Program&nbsp;rates,&nbsp;<\/strong>is proposed to be changed&nbsp;as follows:&nbsp;revise the&nbsp;<em>Child&nbsp;Care&nbsp;Assistance Program&nbsp;Rate Schedule&nbsp;<\/em>rates related&nbsp;to the&nbsp;maximum state payment to a child&nbsp;care provider.<\/li><li><strong>Article&nbsp;3.&nbsp;Provisions&nbsp;for&nbsp;Family,&nbsp;7&nbsp;AAC&nbsp;41.310&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;.335,&nbsp;<\/strong>is&nbsp;proposed&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;changed&nbsp;as&nbsp;follows:<ul><li>clarify&nbsp;the&nbsp;cessation&nbsp;of&nbsp;an&nbsp;eligible&nbsp;activity;<\/li><li>amend&nbsp;time&nbsp;limit&nbsp;for&nbsp;absence&nbsp;from&nbsp;an&nbsp;eligible&nbsp;activity;&nbsp;and<\/li><li>revise&nbsp;the&nbsp;Family&nbsp;Income&nbsp;and&nbsp;Contribution&nbsp;Schedule.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Article 5.&nbsp;Definitions, 7&nbsp;AAC&nbsp;41.990<\/strong>, is&nbsp;proposed&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;changed&nbsp;as&nbsp;follows: amend&nbsp;definitions&nbsp;related to eligible&nbsp;activity.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This information can be found on the Child Care Program Office&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/dhss.alaska.gov\/health\/dpa\/Pages\/ccare\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, this information can found on the State of Alaska Online Public Notices&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/aws.state.ak.us\/OnlinePublicNotices\/Notices\/View.aspx?id=207374\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You&nbsp;may comment on&nbsp;the regulation&nbsp;changes,&nbsp;including&nbsp;the potential&nbsp;costs to private&nbsp;persons&nbsp;of complying with the changes,&nbsp;by submitting written comments to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Nicole Fritz&nbsp;<br>State of Alaska, Department of Health,<br>Child Care Program Office, Division of Public Assistance<br>3601 C Street, Suite 140<br>Anchorage, AK&nbsp;99503<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally,&nbsp;the Department of Health will&nbsp;accept comments by electronic mail at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:nicole.fritz@alaska.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nicole.fritz@alaska.gov<\/a>&nbsp;.
