The attachments outline funding strategies in four categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Improve affordability &amp; subsidy program<\/li><li>Increase access to licensed care<\/li><li>Increase supports for quality improvement<\/li><li>Infrastructure<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The spending plan and timeline provide a preliminary view of spending thus far and projections for use of the remaining funds.
