{"id":5383,"date":"2019-05-15T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-05-15T16:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.threadalaska.org\/seed\/blog\/ccpo-statewide-payment-verification-process-change"},"modified":"2025-05-14T10:23:31","modified_gmt":"2025-05-14T18:23:31","slug":"ccpo-statewide-payment-verification-process-change","status":"publish","type":"seed-blog","link":"https:\/\/www.threadalaska.org\/seed\/blog\/ccpo-statewide-payment-verification-process-change","title":{"rendered":"CCPO Statewide Payment Verification Process Change"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"blog_content\">\n<p><strong>Effective July 1, 2019, <\/strong>the <a href=\"http:\/\/dhss.alaska.gov\/dpa\/Pages\/ccare\/default.aspx\">Child Care Program Office (CCPO)<\/a> will be responsible for performing statewide payment verification for the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP).<\/p>\n<p>AllCCAP<em> Request<\/em> <em>for Payment<\/em> CC78 and <em>Amended Request for Payment<\/em> CC79 forms are to be submitted to the CCPO, effective July 1, 2019, regardless of the service month the submission is for.<\/p>\n<p>The<em> Request<\/em> <em>for Payment<\/em> CC78 forms can be submitted to the CCPO by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fax: (907) 269-4536 \/ Toll Free: 1(888) 224-4536<\/li>\n<li>Scanned and emailed: <a href=\"mailto:ccpo@alaska.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ccpo@alaska.gov<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Mail: P.O. Box 241809, Anchorage, AK. 99524;<\/li>\n<li>Hand delivered: 3601 C. Street Suite 140, Anchorage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Providers and facilities will continue working with their local child care assistance office regarding eligibility for the CCAP to include submission of rate changes.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Request for Payment<\/em> CC78 form will be revised effective July 1, 2019 and available on the CCPO website at: <a href=\"http:\/\/dhss.alaska.gov\/dpa\/Pages\/ccare\/forms.aspx\">http:\/\/dhss.alaska.gov\/dpa\/Pages\/ccare\/forms.aspx<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please be sure you are using the most current version of this form.
