Automatically Accepted Training &
Approved Training Organizations<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The following trainings as well as the following national and state training organizations further below are automatically accepted as Alaska SEED-approved. This means that Alaska SEED Registry members who are issued transcripts, certificates for training hours, and\/or continuing education credits (CEUs) from any of these approved training organizations will be eligible to advance on the Alaska SEED Career Ladder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Automatically Accepted, Alaska SEED-Approved Training<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This list does not<\/strong> supersede the existing Alaska SEED Training Approval System<\/a> process for what is deemed as traditional child care training in Alaska (i.e., thread<\/strong> training<\/a> and other offerings in-state<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trainings that do not<\/strong> appear on this list must be approved through the Alaska SEED Training Approval System to receive an official letter and\/or code to be valid for advancement on the Alaska SEED Career Ladder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accredited Universities or Colleges<\/td>Credit-bearing coursework taken from accredited colleges or universities that are early childhood, school-age, or Alaska SEED-related field coursework<\/td><\/tr>
Pediatric of Infant\/Child CPR and First Aid Training<\/td>Training in pediatric or infant\/child CPR and first aid from an agency\/organization licensed or certified by the American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety and Health Institute<\/td><\/tr>
