All programs must have a bi-annual license.\u00a0Additionally, DEED Certified programs including Early Head Start, Head Start, and Pre-Elementary programs may be eligible to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#7e7d7e\">Not sure if your program is eligible?
