Grow&#8217;s FY22-FY26 Strategic Plan has three goals with multiple focus areas and specific annual activities designed to advance the development and implementation of Learn &amp; Grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#ea6847\">FY22-FY26 Learn &amp; Grow Strategic Plan: <em>At a Glance<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#97a822\">Vision: High Quality<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Early childhood and school age programs have the resources and supports to actively engage in a continuous quality improvement process so that all children have access to high quality programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#b54878\">Goal 1: <em>Advancement<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The quality of Learn &amp; Grow programs will advance through the support and encouragement of highly skilled and trained specialists, and through the use of continuous quality improvement strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Objective 1: <\/strong>Increase supports and resources to early childhood and school age programs to advance levels of quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 2: <\/strong>Ensure Learn &amp; Grow specialists are confident and competent in their coaching skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 3<\/strong>: Ensure Learn &amp; Grow specialists are confident and competent in use of evidence-informed strategies.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#b54878\">Goal 2 <em>Participation<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Through system, agency, and organizational alignment, Learn &amp; Grow will successfully maximize funding, develop partnerships, and increase participation in early childhood and school age programs throughout the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Objective 1: <\/strong>Maximize funding to support all implementation activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 2: <\/strong>Develop policies and procedures and when applicable legislative and department regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 3: <\/strong>Identify, align, and share data to support monitoring of State early childhood strategic plan objectives and strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 4: <\/strong>Partner with tribal early childhood programs to align quality standards and funding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 5<\/strong>: Develop strategies to improve wages and compensation for EC educators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 6: <\/strong>Increase skills and knowledge of educators and administrators to implement strategies to improve protective factors for families and children.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 7<\/strong>: Develop and use a definition of kindergarten ready.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 8: <\/strong>Increase early childhood programs use of best practices around transition within program, to different program, and to kindergarten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 9<\/strong>: Increase participation of stand alone school age, Pre-elementary, Head Start, and tribal programs in Learn &amp; Grow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#b54878\">Goal 3 <em>Infrastructure<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Learn &amp; Grow implementation organizations will have the capacity and infrastructure to implement and meet FY26 recruitment, advancement, and scale up\/ growth targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Objective 1: <\/strong>Develop marketing and outreach plan to inform families, EC\/SA programs, communities, policy makers, and organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 2<\/strong>: Develop and maintain a robust database.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 3: <\/strong>Ensure a diverse governance structure .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 4: <\/strong>Develop an evaluation plan to guide development and implementation activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objective 5: <\/strong>Acquire fiscal resources to support anticipated administrative staff growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Strategic Plan Learn &amp;
