An exciting new feature is now available for child care program administrators! Users with administrative access for a program will notice a new Program Information section in their ServicePortal account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Program Information area allows administrators to update the program\u2019s details used in thread’s <\/strong>child care referrals for families. Administrators can update several types of program information, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Navigate to your program’s profile by clicking on Program Information from the menu bar across the top of your ServicePortal home page. Read our FAQs<\/a> for complete instructions. Updates should appear shortly after they are saved, but syncing may take up to a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you require administrator access for your program and do not currently have it, please email our Salesforce Administrator<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n thread <\/strong>provides thousands of referrals each year to families in search of child care.
