Wildflowers are appearing in the mountains, and gardens are in full bloom, providing beautiful splashes of color as we enjoy our summer adventures. Colorful campaign signs are also making their appearance in our neighborhoods and along city streets, reminding us that election season is here!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you begin to think about which candidate will earn your vote in the upcoming election, we want to encourage you to remember to VOTE for KIDS! Consider the children\u2019s issues that matter to you – child care, education, foster care, housing, healthcare – and research candidates\u2019 positions on these issues. You can often find this information on candidates\u2019 web pages and social media posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And you always have the option to reach out to your candidates and ask them directly!  You might have an opportunity to visit with a candidate while they\u2019re canvassing your neighborhood or during a community event. Or you can call or email them to ask direct questions about your top issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
