Job Description

Assist the Human Resource Department in providing high quality service to our employees and a positive, supportive environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, business related degree preferred
  • Two or more years strong administrative experience
  • Computer literacy and high level skills with Word, Excel and databases

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Self-directed work style, initiative, and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor
  • Strong skills in organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle deadlines, pressure, and sensitive information and situations
  • Flexibility in prioritizing multiple tasks and adjusts to meet changing work needs and demands
  • Ability to exercise judgment in analyzing problems and determining solutions
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
  • Frequent sitting for long periods using computer keyboard, telephone and other office machines

Employment Requirements

  • Pre-hire: Fingerprinting/Background Check
  • Post-hire: Annual Physical/Health History
  • Current Auto Insurance Card

General Information

Location: Wasilla, Admin Office
Supervisor: Human Resource Manager
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week. Full-year 50 weeks per year
Salary: $16.07-20.66 per hour DOE/E
